Can I downgrade paypal account ?

I didn't find the option to downgrade it from premier account

to personal account.

I only found upgrade.

Yes, you can; I've done it myself. But you can only do it once; if you upgrade a second time, you can't downgrade again.

You can also open multiple accounts. I have 2 personal (1xCDN$, 1xUSA$) and one premier (CDN$) account myself. But, you can't assosciate the same bank account with different paypal accts.

As I recall you are allowed up to 2 paypal accounts. However, I too have 3 Paypal accounts without problems : 2 personal accounts (US and CDN), and 1 premiere account (CDN). Same as the above poster.

Accounts downgraded to Personal accounts will no longer be able to accept unlimited credit or debit card payments.

Accounts downgraded to Personal accounts will no longer be able to use the PayPal Debit Card.

If an account is downgraded and later an upgrade to a Business/Premier account is requested, it will remain a Business/Premier account for the lifetime of the account.

Fee adjustments or refunds on payments received are not available for a Business or Premier accounts.

Accounts downgraded from a Business account will not be able to use the Website Payments products or PayPal as an Additional Payment option.
