I think you should be able to add an additional bank account then you can paypal yourself. The charges are 2.9% + ~0.50 for withdrawal.
I'm not sure if you can do an EMT maybe?

I have both ( American Bank account & Canadian ) on my paypal account but i have never tried to send money to one or another from my own account. I would think it would be possible and paypals currency exchange fee would apply
Edit-- I tried to see if I could send myself money and i get this so unless you have two accounts one for each bank account and one for each paypal account i doubt its possible.
You cannot email money to yourself. Please enter another user's email address if you would like to send money to someone.

You obviously can't send directly to another of your own accounts, but you can add money to Paypal from one account and withdraw it to the other.
They have ridiculously long holding periods though, so Paypal is not recommended if you're urgent.

You would have to add money from account A, then withdraw to account B. It will take 7 days each way, and theres a 50c fee if its not over $149.99. PayPal may also become suspicious and block the transaction, leaving you poor for 6 months. Dont do it.
