Work hours at downtown Deloitte?

Anyone working at Toronto downtown Deloitte? What's the standard work hours in there? (9-5 or 8-4)?

I know new hired college graduates need to work long time but how about other departments such as HR/IT?

HR probably works 8-5, but IT personnel can be on call 24/7.

I am not sure exactly which department it is but most likely the internal IT group.
