We are growing again! Our continued success has lead to the opening of several Inbound Bilingual English/French Customer Service & Inbound Customer Service positions.

We are looking for team players who have the following:

• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills (able to read, write and speak English fluently.) Bilingual agents are expected to be able to read, write and speak fluent French.
• Drive for results – committed to excellence
• Self-motivation
• Flexibility – ability to work either afternoon/evenings shifts and weekends

Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma
• Call centre or customer service experience
• Professional and courteous telephone manners
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday (Holidays & Weekends included)

We are a 24/7 call centre so we do have flexibility in creating a weekend only shift. Please be sure to let the person conducting your interview know your availability.

says from the site training is provided. so is having experience with calling a must?

Experience is an asset however we are more than willing to train someone who shows they will excell without having pervious experience. You would have initial training sessions to get you started however training is ongoing as well as employee development.

He's now in orientation, so more less he got the job.
Inbound Agent, speaks English only.
