I usually get 2 local newspapers. I get 2 on Wednesday and 2 on Saturday.
So a total of 4 newspapers.

But

For the past half year to a year, I only get 1 of the 4. And this one has little to no flyers. So I'm missing all the good flyers.

Sometimes I don't get any newspapers in a week.

Either the companies can't find someone to deliver in this area or the people who deliver the newspapers are lazy or the pay is too little so nobody wants to deliver.

What can I do? Call in to tell them or complain?

Do you pay for these papers?

Around here if you don't get the paper you still get a flyer bundle.

Most major flyers are all online now anyways so I rarely look at the paper ones.

Get a blog. The only possible remedy is to call them, telling us wont help things.

Yup, those are the possible reasons - Either they can't hire people to deliver papers in your area, or they hired some slob who just dumps the papers and flyers in the trash. Call your local paper to find it out.

Which paper? I'm in Vancouver too and I haven't received the Vancouver Courier for two or three months. I've tried contacting the paper, but nobody picks up and nobody returns emails.

It happened to me before, the flyer distributor either never show up or she always arrive a day or two late. What I did was I send e-mail to the actually stores (i.e. shoppers drug mart, grocery stores, etc. [Best Buy careless about it]), and told them the issue. The lady from the local newspaper e-mailed me right away and she gave the distributor a warning and I get my paper punctually every week now.

call and tell them. even if its the free paper, i have done this in the past and now am getting all my papers.

its a drag when you dont get any flyers. unlike other places, here all of our flyers come in the paper, not in a bundle on their own.

Contact your Ward area or the City Hall. They take legal actions!

if you live in shady condos like mine, better make sure u get up early in the morning to pick up your paper from your doorstep, or else they'll be swiped by neighbours or the cleaning guy.

 You again. You tell everyone to get a blog, but you make the same kind of threads. If you think about it, nothing is worth posting because everything can usually be googled, or is blog material, or has already been on digg. This is off-topic, after all.

I called the paper that is free in my area when they stopped comming. It has been promply delivered ever since. I know a lady that delivers in my area. She is a senior and delivers over 100 papers twice a week for less than $100 per month. They do not pay much at all and that is why they are always looking for carriers. The old ladt figures "what the heck. It pays for my smokes two weeks a month and I get the exercise". Then I got the guy that delivers the Sun in his car from Brampton. Go figure! I use them for the CT gas bonus coupon. On a good week I can get $3.50 to $5.00 worth of CT money on a complete fill-up. Once I used $330.00 in CT money to replace 2 battries in my snowplow.

I pointed out those issues because it relates to this thread, not because they can be googled. You told the OP to get a blog and to call since there was no sense in telling RFD.
Your threads are the same as this one. So if you're telling the OP to get a blog and call instead of posting on RFD, why do you post the exact same type of questions?

Can you answer that?
