Anyone been to the Turning Stone Resort/Casino, Verona NY?

We're going to see Artie Lang in January at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, NY. After doing a bit of research, I've learned it's a "dry" resort - no alcohol is sold on the premises - but I've read that guests are supposedly allowed to bring their own

Has anyone been recently? If so, how openly are people consuming their own liquor that they bring? Is it frowned upon or is it quite openly consumed?

bump.. any near by motels (or cheaper hotels) to recommend?

Here's a non-recommendation: ugh we stayed at the nearby Super 8 motel....I wouldn't stay there unless u just need a bed.
