maybe you should take out your personal information like your address and stuff

I'd put experience first, then education, then whatever remains, barring your name and such info, which should be in the header.

Shorten the first job description by a bit, since I see a few things that appear to be repetitions. Expand a little on the past jobs. They may seem insignifigant, but every job you had will help improve your abilities in one way or another. My little rule for experience is either the last three positions or the last five years.

Your skills section may be omited, as if you've dicked around with Unix, surely it will be in one of your descriptions for past jobs, right? ;)

Remember, the people who look at your resume spend maybe 30 seconds on it before moving on. You want to give them a quick glimpse of your experience and abilities, plus a hook. They're human too, so make it a little interesting.

IMO, I would remove objective and references. Objectives are useless and people put them in their resume because they read it somewhere. Obviously the person reading your resume should know the position you will be fit for based on your skill set and the position they have open.

I would remove references as it is always assumed they are available upon request.

I would also remove any work experience that you think did not provide you with any skills to the position you are applying. You should customize your resume based on the job you are applying to so it might vary. Any work experience that you do leave in, put bullet points under all of them.

For example, under Gym Supervisor/Facility Supervisor I would add points like "Managed a team of five people", "Ensured my team were completing the tasks I assigned them", etc.

I would add a one liner for hobbies that show you are social or active. Some people dont like them, but I like to see them on resume. Employers like people that are well rounded and are social and will work well with their team. I list golf, building computers and home theatre as hobbies. If you interviewer has the same hobbies they you can talk about it and form a connection which set your apart from others.

Good luck.

I would remove "NT 4/ 9X" as its redundant since you list the more advanced OS's.
