Canon EOS Rebel XTi 400D 10.1MP DSLR Digital Camera with 18-55mm Lens included. The camera has had “0” shutter actuations or shots taken on it before. It also comes with a 6 months warranty from Canon Canada. Condition: Brand New in Box, never been used before
Asking: $650
Retail Price from FutureShop is $750 + tax: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10079367&catid=22553
Also, many of you have asked me as well. This camera is in brand new condition, meaning no scuffs, no scratch, no used/wear and tear marks, no dent, and not even a single fingerprint on it. The sticker on the LCD has not been removed yet. I bought this as a refurbished camera from a Canon dealer and yes I will provide an original store receipt for the 6 months manufacturer warranty from Canon.
In addition, even though this camera is marked as refurbished, but it does NOT mean it has been used before or does NOT mean it's been sold as an open box or demo camera. Simply put it this way, Canon does not want to piss off major retailers like Best Buy or Circuit City, so they decided to sell these brand new 'refurbished' cameras in a white box to avoid competing directly against Best Buy and other major retailers that they (Canon) supply the same identical cameras to, except in a nicer looking box with pictures instead of a white 'refurbished' box.
Why settle for an XT 350D when you can get a much better revision one such as XTi 400D that can do 10.1MP + auto sensor cleaning?
