Excel help needed!

I am using Excel (vista version) and I have no idea how to run a regression!

Can anyone help me out? I tried finding some sort of tutorial but have been unsuccessful.

you need to add in "analysis tool pack" ....go to excel help, and look for adding in analysis tool pack...
