My voice recorder broke so I pulled out my receipt box and started looking for it. Found it,but it was empty... At the bottom I can barely see a part of number 5,which was a part of $59.99. Other than that, the whole receipt is completely blank!!
It was one of those Yonge st. electronic stores. Can't remember which one,so I don't even know what to do now:(

In that case you probably wouldn't get a refund anyway!

All my Canadacomputers receipts are faded within 2-3months of proper storage as well. Thus why I always make a copy of the receipt!

If you go CSI and shine a UV flashlight through the back of the receipt the text will be as clear as day.
These things are handy to have in general for all kinds of stuff. i got one for a few bucks from DealExtreme.com

It's not invisible ink - they don't use any ink at all!
All thermal paper printouts fade. So, if you have a receipt or an ultrasound scan, that image you see on the paper will fade and disappear over time.
