I'm in my 30's, I tend to be more "awake" at work in the afternoon and can concentrate better. Took them before when I was in school and seemed to help.

I gave a coworker 5 days supply to try it out (he's in his 60's) and he noticed immediately that he's not sleepy in the afternoon (around 2pm when your blood sugar is low?).
