Ignition Key

I lost one set of my ignition key for my buick. Can someone tell me the best place to get a replacement set, and to get the keyless entry transmitter. Both need to be programmed, and at the dealer it will cost about $300 total.

I am looking for some place cheaper.
Can I program the key and the transmitter myself?

i bought the key blanks from ebay and just got them cut and programmed at dealership. cost me $60 cheaper for 1 key.
