It doesn't say valid in the U.S. anywhere on the coupon itself, and the directions to the cashier seem to work the same at the Canadian store, so I think it's a YMMV in Canada.

I didn't even notice the U.S. only thing until I read this thread.

apparently old navy canada is also having fam and friends sale! so try using the coupon. .

Yup, can be used in Canada. My colleague works there PT and handed the coupons out to us and said it was extended until the 6th :).
