I just downloaded an avi movie and I need to burn it however myDVD has an 'X' through it so that I can't add it, it will not play in Windows Media Player and I get message "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help." and when I click on it it says I have error C00D11B1 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/webhelp/default.aspx?&mpver=11.0.6000.6344&id=C00D11B1&contextid=83&originalid=80040241
The movie does play, however, on VLC player it does.
have had problems before with playing movies in Windows Media Player but this time I need to burn it so watching it on VLC is not an alternative.
This seems to be a common problem from searching google but I could not find any solution to my problem.
Thanks in advance :) ....
