I'm currently using a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 video card (extremely, extremely ******) and am looking to upgrade with a $50-100 card.

Someone suggested me the GF 7600 GS, but that was a little out of my price range ($125).

I basically just need something that will run SCII and WoW smoothly until june when I can just replace my unit entirely, but I don't want to buy a total POS.

Any help is appreciated :)

It's likely you need an AGP video card ....

In order to clarify, can you also tell us a little bit more about your system (ie. motherboard, powersupply .. etc) ....

Since you will only use it for 6-7 months, you may want to be grab a decent used card (e.g. ATI 9600/9800, nVidia 6600) ... but it really depends on your powersupply ...

Check BST.. plenty of good video cards like X800 or X850 though it may be hard finding an AGP card.

I see an AGP X800 XT PE on the BST for $75 right now though.
