Not looking of the ususal approval one but rather the ones where you can play around with the different numbers and values. I had one bookmarked but lost it. I'm looking for one of those where you can isolate and vary one number (monthly payment, mortgage amount, rate) and it calculates the others. Thank you.

When thinking in terms of opportunity cost, check a rent vs. buy calculator such as this one. After all, money saved on renting can be invested in near risk free assets .
