Question about shipping from USA

Just wondering, i have a US billing address but CNd shipping address, think it's possible to get in on the black monday deals or do you think that i'll be required to have a US shipping address as well? This ever work for anyone?

Doesn't it depend on where you're buying from? Each retailer has its own rules about what credit cards they take and whether or not they ship out of country.
