I have been trying to study the BB and FS PM policies and a term that seemed to come up a few times was "only from authorized Canadian dealers."
Now my question is what is a authorized Canadian dealer, is there a master list or is it just at the managers discretion. And if it is based on the manager then what criteria do they use to authorize.
I know Staples just needs an online store to have A) a store front B) the product cannot be a refurb or clearance price.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
