Since they ship by Fedex I was wondering how much brokerage will you get charged? Is it worth the hassle? Thanks.

So they've changed the rules? I remember I bought a game from the States 6 years ago and they charged me $60 on brokerage fee!

they use a shipping option that includes brokerage fees.
I ordered a camera and flash from them. Ended up only paying 14% on top of what it was worth.

Stupid spammer

I thought you had to pay brokerage on items that weren't made in North America?

They are absolutely fantastic! Shipping is fast and their prices are always the lowest I can find on the interent. Select the UPS shipping option and somehow they are even cheaper than USPS and NO brokerage fee at all! I highly recommended B&H!

You have to pay duty on most items not made in N. America. I believe most electronic items and cameras are exempt. Taxes are payable regardless. Brokerage is charged by the carrier for getting the item through customs and is normally only charged on ground shipments.

As it shows.

No duty, just tax.

I think it depends the shipping method you choose... I can't remember which one... it wasn't even one of the expensive methods.

I purchased a lens in the summer... even after shipping & tax, I still saved about $500 ... which I quickly used to buy another lens... :P

In other words... totally worth it.
