I would like to know if anyone has experience ordering from JC Penney. On the website it states that all shipping, duties and brokerage fees are included. I would like to know if this is true since they ship with UPS. I contacted the toll free customer service hotline but they weren't much help. Thanks for your help.

Here is the link for Canadian shipping:

If they do ship with UPS then you will have a huge problem. Brokerage fees are extremely expensive

My wife has purchased clothes from JC Penney before, and everything came via USPS. Packages were always delivered right into our mailbox; no taxes, duty or brokerage fees.

I've ordered from them and never had to pay anything. I'm pretty sure it was the mail carrier who delivered them too.

haven't ordered from them but i have ordered from stores who include the brokerage and taxes in for me, the same way that JCpennys is doing. You are paying for it in advance and JCPennys is doing the brokeraging for you. I love JCPennys too so off to shopping i go
