If she doesn't like wine then don't serve it. If you know what she likes then have whatever type of beer, water or soft drink she prefers. A white citrus wine is what I would serve as well for this meal but if I was entertaining someone who was more of a beer drinker I would offer something along the lines of 'Hoegarten' or a Canadian wheat beer. To compliment this meal I would probably opt for a s sweet/tart dessert such as an apple strudel made with granny smiths and coffee or espresso with a shot of B&B (brandy and benedictine) or some other sort of liquer on the side. Good Luck.

Since the theme of your dinner is orangish I recommend Cointreau or maybe any type of mixed cocktail drink.

Not sure why she doesn't like wine but there are also non alcoholic sparling grape drinks in a variety of flavors like peach etc.

Schneider Weisse or Hacker Pschorr Weissbier, available at the LCBO or the Beer Store, very soft and easy to drink, goes nice with all kinds of things. They are both a mile ahead of Hoegaarden. Rickard's version of a wit (white) is utterly bland and tasteless, and Mill Street's new wit is okay, but not as good as SW or HP. The SW and HP are also available in single bottles, so you don't have to commit to a 6- or 9-pack.
