This time there's some more clear fine-print.

Last time I tried to buy T-Shirts on sale during the F&F, they told me it doesn't apply because that's one of their "Promotional Items" which doesn't apply. Several stores I called had this explanation.

Geeze.. you have 1400+ posts.. do you ever read? This coupon/thread comes up every few months.. with the same question. Of course you can use it.. it's sent in email by Footlocker.. there's no way to have an original.

Not sure about this time but it has always been that this promotion doesn't apply to Pumas and some other brands.

It states "Some Exceptions Apply" on the card. This translates as saying that, to me.

I have to strongly agree that if you can get to the US, buy down there. I bought a pair of Ascics last weekend for $70US which cost $130 here.
