As many of you may have noticed, Sponsored Posters who have a thread in the BST have the listing highlighted. I'm totally just throwing this out there, so tell me what you think about something like this:

A credit system where perhaps 1 credit = $1.

You could upgrade your BST listing with things like:
- Highlight : 5 credits
- Listing appears on sidebar in BST category - 10 credits
- Listing appears on sidebar throughout website - 20 credits

What do you think? I could see this useful for those who do move more quantity but are not a sponsored poster, and also for larger ticket items...

Because $1/= free, the whole reason most of us are on RFD.

that would help a great deal. but probably hard to implement? the posting system for bst could be more like craigs/kijiji ..user friendly i guess

oh oh, ebay here we come!

+1 no one wants to pay for BST..and i think it gives an unfair adv. for ppl to do so.. keep it free. .it just isn't a 'hot deal' if it isn't.

if you want to sell something that bad. there is always ebay
