I'm often annoyed that with the Ipod, you have to wait for each item to download to your Ipod, for your software to load up, for the Ipod to disconnect etc.
Don't you guys find it annoying?
I'm looking for a flash player for Mp3's, not sure if Sony still makes those players with the crappy proprietary ATRAC software anymore.

Um. Isn't this true of any mp3 player? How else do you expect to get songs onto it?
I have the Sandisk e280 (http://www.ubergizmo.com/15/archives/2006/10/sandisk_sansa_e280_review.html) but I don't see how it would be a superior choice for your needs.

Well, with Flash players you just copy and paste, done.
Bit more complicated with Ipods
