Chicken, Green Apple & Brie Sandwiches?

Best "fancy" sandwich I've ever eaten is chicken, green apple and brie on a ciabatta bun over at Lake Louise in Alberta.

Does anyone know where you can get a good one in Toronto? I tried the one at the Distillery (the Brewery/Restaurant place) but, it wasn't as good.

That sounds like a sandwich that you could buy at Starbucks.

You could make your own if you buy a good brie.

Go to a fancy cheese store or something.

There is a local shop where I live and they smoke all their own chicken- it is so good in sandwiches.

I'm sure bbq chicken is good also
