hey made this for a friend of mine and every one loved it sooo wanted to share it with other people aswell. its my orignal.
Ingredients
part one:
1 cup white rice
4 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ajinomoto salt *IF you cant find it then double up on salt.
1 medium onion
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 green chilli
part two:
1 cup assorted frozen or fresh vegtables
2 eggs
2 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
this recipe is made in two parts. one part is making the rice and secound part is getting the scrambled egg with vegtables. take one cup of rice and add it in two cups cold water. let it sit for atleast 20 minutes. after that throw the water out.
chop the onion and add it to the pot with some oil. fry it till it is very lightly brown. then add two cups of hot water along with the rice. also slice the green chilli pepper and add it in with salt, ajinomoto and vinegar. cover it and let it cook on medium heat till water is all gone and rice start to stick to the bottom of the pan.
now we are gonna make the eggs with veg.
in a bowl add both eggs with salt and milk. ( 2% works best. skim wouldnt work ) mix it well with a fork till you see a lot of bubbles. heat little oil in a frying pan and cook the eggs using the fork to get them srambled. now add your assorted vegtables and stir them in the same pan till they are cooked.
now at the end add the eggs and veg to the rice. dont overcook your veg otherwise they wont stay crispy and loose taste thats it your done ! enjoy
p.s: also if youd like to spice the rice up a little bit then in the eggs add little bit of chilli or crushed red peppers to taste. that way whenever you bite in the egg in the rice it will giv you that spicy taste.
