My 2 100pk DVD-Rs just arrived and they were arial, just wondering whats wrong with them compared to the TNR's.. if there is a big problem with them I guess I'm going instore to exchange them for TNR ones..

Basically, the spindles with Arial font contain discs that are supposedly made by Prodisc. The spindles with TNR font are supposedly made by CMC which is the "better" manufacturer I guess. I say supposedly because I bought a few spindles of Arial font +R Verbatims and they were all CMC made (checking the code on the inner ring of the disc).
I personally don't believe that it really makes that much of a difference. I have a friend who has tried both and he hasn'tnoticed any difference in quality. I personally wouldn't know as I just recently started getting Verbatims and all of mine have been CMC so I don't know how the Prodiscs perform. Maybe someone else will have better insight on this.
