Saw some at Food Basics in Mississauga today (Glen Erin & Collegeway), though they didn't look very appetizing, let alone healthy >:(

Go to any gas station or 7-11, and you will find pork rinds.

I've seen those in regular supermarkets around the chips area. Don't remember the brand exactly but its a small packaging ~ 4" x 11" ( half a paper size) and it's light brown & yellow colour.
Hope that helps....

Most Latin food markets have these as Mexicans love spicey chicarrones.

Same thing with Filipinos. Check any Filipino food market and you should find some.

Most filipino stores would have 2 kinds. The regular ones (same as what you get from T&T) and the special ones where the pork fat was not removed. UMMM heavenly heart attack:lol:

Call it fawning, call it placating but how on earth does an astute individual like yourself not know what pork rinds are?

Muscle and fat: good; skin: bad?

Ok, well maybe no one in my family eats pork so that is one reason why.
Also I am/was more into "health foods" and lower fat stuff, so I don't really buy much made from pork.
I sometimes buy a few slices of bacon from the local deli and that's really it for pork products.
I've never really eaten a roasted ham or anything like that...seriously!
