Sorry! The maintenance took longer than expected due to some malfunctioning equipment of the mechanical kind. In this case we had a whole bunch of stripped screws and screw holes (+ a few broken rails...). It's always seems like it's the small things that cause the biggest problems isn't it?

Anyway, we apologize for the delay. We're still doing some work, but we don't expect it to cause any more downtime.

Do you guy have a web servers redundancy plan?

Is the servers locate in a 24 hours, 365 days data center with monitoring?

Or it's just installed and operated out of a closet with wires dangling around?

Curious, just like to know!
