Feature for contests forum

I was wondering whether it would be possible for members to tag or add a note for each thread. For example, if there was a way for the member to mark each thread in the contests forum to note which contests he/she has entered, that would be a pretty useful feature especially since some contests disqualify multiple entries.
Might be a useful feature for other forums as well.
