sigh, life of a student. I am sick of the current brand of instant noodle. any recommendations???

any other "instant" food that a student can make that is generally healthy?? lol. somehow I think instant and healthy doesn't go together but i'll give it a shot.

Instand noodle isnt healthy though -.-

None of the "Instant" stuff are healthy, You should learn how to cook if you can ;)

You can use the noodles and create your own soup base and add vegetables to make it less non-healthy ;0

the noodles are fried, so they're not exactly healthy either.

try rice noodles or something.

btw, one pack of instant noodles has more than enough sodium for one person's daily intake. so i hope no one's making it a part of their daily diet...

how about a loaf of whole wheat bread, a pack of lean turkey meat, cheese and some lettuce/tomatoes...

You can make a sandwhich in half the time it takes to make instant noodles.
Just slap the meat/cheese together and add lettuce.

Quesadillas only take me 5 mins to make.... as long as you prepare your ingredients ahead of time.

I'm into the dry instant noodles where you boil the noodles, drain it, and add the seasoning packets. It kinda tastes like fried noodles. I never drink the broth with the normal ones so I like to go for these ones.

Yeah, but I look at it as filler food with not much nutrition. Not something you'd live on. Sort of like white rice. :)
