Has anyone had the Cathodic (Electronic) Rustproofing done to your car? share your experiences.

I personally had rustproof from Krown but still have miniscule rusts in areas where it wasn't sprayed. I'm thinking of getting a Cathodic rustproof on my next car.

what do you guys/gals think?

Pros/Cons of each? OR what da heck, why not get both for double the protection!?

and where can you get this electronic rustproofing professionally done?

Cathodic rustproofing only works if you drive your car submerged in water 100% of the time. (ie. doesn't work unless it's a boat) Basically scam product.

Generally accepted that cathodic doesn't work.

Go with Krown - best there is.

So-called electronic rustproofing for cars has no pros, and only one con. It does not work, period. Don't buy into it, don't even look at the ads. It's junk.

Also there are multiple threads about rustproofing cars in general, in this forum... Do a search and you'll probably find all the answers you need ;)
