Does the R4 work wirelessly with another R4 ?

I recently picked up the Crimson bundle and a new R4 from DX. (12 day shipping to Toronto btw )

I already have another DS with R4. I had no problems playing with another player on any game as the other player would have the original cart.

Now when I try to use both R4 equiped machine, they don't work.

Does the R4 need on original cartridge in one of the DS machines to play or am I doing something wrong here.

R4 can't do download play.. Supercard Slot 1 is better

for R4, it's better that both DS have the game...the do multiplayers this way

Not all games work between non-flashed DS'es. The gbatemp people moan and groan about the few that don't work all the time.

I have an R4, and I've used download play for various games with friends. The newest firmware supports 100% download play compatibility..

Maybe you should upgrade to R4/M3 Simply; Supercard is outdated ;)
