minimum require for BioShock

What's the min video card requirement for BioShock?
I know that I have a crap video card, thinking about upgrade one
for people who "played" the game, whats the experience like ?

(obvious for PC game user, I don't need Xbox360 suggestion)

I played through the game using the system below:

Intel Core 2 Duo E2160@2.7ghz
Radeon X1950Pro stock
2GB RAM

I was running at 1280x1024 with all settings maxed. For the most part the game was very playable but I did notice at certain areas that the game slowed down a bit and felt a little sluggish. It wasn't a huge deal though because it was only in certain rooms that it happened and didn't hinder my experience. Very playable with my system.
