Hey i noticed that in kijiji someone is selling xbox360 elite for about 300$$
and he had about 30 of the 360's
i was wondering if anyone bought it from kijiji and i think that it is a scam
for 300$$ for a 360 sounds too good to be true

if it sounds too goo to be true...
if you're allowed to meet up in person and test out the system and check the warranty sticker than i'd be inclined to take the chance. if not, then it's probably wiser to stay away.

Link?
I'll test the waters on this one. I'll ask to meet at his house to test it or to meet at my house to test it. If he says no, it's definitely a scam.

Kijiji is a hotbed for scams, I've found more scams on there than all other used sales sites combined.

I emailed him twice about 2 different units, an elite and a premium and he keeps refering me to this website www.wholesalekingpin.com
I asked if he had one on hand in toronto and this was the response
"we have elite systems at our wholesale warehouse which is located in Toronto, so if that's where you wanted it shipped, it would be elegible for free shipping. just go to our website, it's fast, secure, and better prices than 99% of the other wholesale electronic stores on the web.
www.wholesalekingpin.com just type whatever you're looking for into search area."
the website is VERY sketchy to me

Scam and/or stolen goods.
Nobody in their right mind would sell for that price.

This is what the description says for it:
Xbox 360 "Premium Gold Pack" Video Game System
SKU: rbxbox360
Condition: Reconditioned
This price for a refurb sounds about right doesn't it? Isn't it what factorydirect is selling for approximately as well?

I'm probably nit-picking, but thats everything that comes in a Premium. I still don't understand where the added "Gold Pack" descriptor came from?
