Wouldn't it be cheaper to fly with a US carrier?
Why is a pharmacist working in the UK?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Well, I am sure the Brits licence the pharmacists. What are the chances they accept US certification?

Gee,
I am aware of the liscensing policy in the UK. I am confident tha I can do it. I must work as a dispenser for a year before I can be a pharmacist there. I am prepared to do this.
Also Air Canada from Chicago to the UK is the cheapest available airline. So far I have found $455 roundtrip. All the American airlines are at less $600 RT.
Thanks for the interest, Barb

I hear there is a shortage of pharmacists in the US. With all the baby boomers beginning to age, there are huge demands for qualified pharmacists.
That is why all the supermarkets opened up pharmacies. Because they think the demand will be so great.
Even floaters make over $40 per hour. Salaried ones pull in close to $100k.
The UK must have really huge dispensing fees.
