Please tell your friend to go the local humane society. I can't imagine why anyone would want to find their pet some other way. They check the animals thoroughly.

I figured we'd help a fellow RFDer. It's happened before - cat has kittens, owner doesn't know what to do with them. Of course the humane society is an option too.

If you're in Toronto, the Toronto Humane Society was adopting out cats and kittens for no adoption charge earlier this month. Not sure if they're still having this promotion. But earlier this month, they had more than 500 cats and kittens in their care.

I agree about the humane society. In fact, they are having an adoption blitz this weekend for kittens (and puppies) which should mean adoption fees are waived.
