Can someone recommend a good place to print digital pictures from a point and shoot camera for cheap. I'm looking for a downtown location near Yonge and Bloor area.
Also I'm looking for a place that does cheap framing with the white matte border. Looking to frame an 8.5 by 11 picture.
Please offer any deals or tips?

if you don't mind online http://photocheap.biz/ is pretty good, i've used them in the past. Yes, i know their name sounds cheesy! if you want something more reputable, i like shutterfly too! don't like snapfish much as their paper quality is cheap.
walmart, costco, superstore, etc has poor print quality.

I can't speak for Walmart and Superstore, and I'm not sure what you guys classify as poor quality, but the pictures I receive from my 2 local Costcos are always top-notch.
My parents still have an old-fashioned film camera, and they used to get their pics developed at the Black's Head Office store/factory near Warden and 14th Avenue...then a few years ago they discovered Costco's photofinishing and decided to give it a try...they have been using it ever since. I will concede that the pictures from Black's were always really good, but as far as my parents and I can tell, there is no difference in quality if you go to Costco.

I highly recommend R&P Prints. They're a new Toronto based company offering online ordering and shipping to your house. I was very impressed when I used them. They're pricing is the best in Canada and they have great customer service. I even arranged once personal delivery within their boundaries. Check them out at www.randpprints.com.

I would recommend walmart, I've never had a problem with quality or price. And if your printing either 50 or 100 or more pictures, then it's 15cents each...not bad.

Rejuvenating an old thread...
We just came back from vacation with one of those underwater disposable film cameras. Where is the best yet inexpensive place to go to get them developed in the GTA? Will they also provide us with a digital copy of the pictures?

Loblaws does film developing for $7.99 per roll I think. Not cheap, but they give you a digital CD with all the photos on it as well.

Turns out Walmart and Loblaws were $4.99 for developing and 1 set of prints plus another $4.99 for the photo CD.
