I'm not from Vancouver*, so this is with a grain of salt. Locally, I know you can get a couple phones including the Touch from NCIX (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=25932&vpn=HTC-TOUCH&manufacture=HTC), but you're looking at $540. Tiger Direct sells it for $665 (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/category/category_slc.asp?MfrId=2765&CatId=1807).

If you want it cheaper than that, there's some fly-by-night stores you could probably ask.

* I'm from Victoria, so everything here is expensive. :-/

Actually, you may want to head to the US. With the dollar as it is now, you could pick up a Touch in the US for about $100 less than here.
