I need advice on good broadband internet that is 30~$50 per month. I use bittorent, so what internet provider has lowest bittorrent traffic checks?
What is the best deal right now?

Go with teksavvy. make sure when you sign up you go on their "unlimited" Plan for the same price as the premium just without the 100gb cap.
Also their Tech support is great! Cant go wrong with them.
