Aside from refill kits, are there any stores to buy ink/toner at the lowest prices without having to go to staples/fs/bb and have them pricematch each other to death?

Run a search in eBay for ink/toner in Canada - some of the sellers there might have have a store/office in your area where you can go and buy.
