Walmart has a cheaper one for $60... looking to spend a little less however. It has to both swivel and tilt and only need to hold up approx 17-20lbs.

Found this Mediamaxx mount LM1224 from the brick. $29, I can get them for $20

Seems like the best out there for that price.
