Also try places like Canadian Tire, Home Outfitters, Ikea, Bouclair, Fabricland, BB Bargoons (not sure if they carry drapes though)...

If you're good at sewing (or know someone who is), it might be cheaper doing it yourself and just buying the rods. That's what I did for my room and saved hundreds of dollars.

If you can wait until December the Umbra sale will be on then. Curtain rods usually go for dirt cheap there.

Another place that my fiance likes is the Real Canadian Super Store (Loblaws) surprisingly they have some pretty nice stuff there.
