Corner Gas season 4 DVD

Does anyone know who has the cheap brick and mortar selling price of Corner Gas season 4 on DVD. I think Best Buy has it for something like $25 or $24 ... one dollar cheaper than FS.

Seeing that's it a new release ... I probably want it new for the weekend. HMV is a buck more expensive.
