I did a quick google and others are having the same problem as you and I figure its simply not supported. I am guessing its a SM 2.0/3.0 issue?

It is an SM2.0/3.0 issue. The 9800 Pro only has SM2.0, MOH Airborne is one of the new games written by lazy game coders to use SM3.0 exclusively. You can find some threads on the issue here:http://www.paolofranchini.com/shshock/
A partial fix has been developed and is slowly being improved for Bioshock by some determined hackers, but so far nobody has tackled the problem for MOH Airborne.
