I'm not fond of the shipping charges from USB Geek.

link is dead, i get a "cannot find server" error
wondering, is this compatible with XP/Vista or Mac OSX?
also, will it run without installing the appropriate drivers?

Link isn't working for me either, but here's a link to a review of one (not sure if it's the same product, just food for thought) http://overclockers.com/articles1399/

+1. I agree, plus I'd be embarrassed to be caught dead with this.

So if ambient temperature in your room is 75f it will cool that drink to 55f. Chilling. Nothing like a luke warm can of coke to quench that afternoon thirst.
Cool down 18~20 degrees below ambient temperature. Of course thats an american site, and the degrees are Farenheit.
