Here's what I got now:

The Matrix trilogy must have been written by very clever people, because not only does it ask many questions, it also manages to NOT answer them. This causes people to rethink reality but it also leaves no boundaries for those conclusions. The Oracle prophesized the return of "The One", whose coming hails the destruction of the Matrix. These unanswered questions were derived from the plotholes that exist in the movie which leads to different perceptions of the identity of "The Lone Voice". Here is my perception and breakdown of the "The Lone Voice".

Here is when we meet Neo. Neo was freed from the Matrix by Morpheus, who is the leader of the "resistance", the last group of humans symbolizing truth, justice, and reason of the world. Neo struggles to swallow the truth, "The Matrix" was a program created as a cloud, a smokescreen to place humans into a surreal utopia to blind them from the truth, the fact that they have been enslaved by machines, and their purpose of existence is merely an energy source. Morpheus also informed Neo the truth about his prophesized coming. As Neo evolves throughout the plot, we experience the inclined awareness of Neo's powers as much as he does. When Neo speaks to the Oracle, he attempts to understand her words, just as we do. At first thought, it seems like all a bunch of crap that's aimed to confuse, but every word is a guide to help Neo find the path, and every word is "exactly what Neo needed to hear". The Oracle "knows" the future, but doesn't "tell" the future. The Oracle can only show Neo the door, but he is the one who has open the door and walk the path. I think the most important portion of their conversation is when she tells Neo, "No one can tell you you're The One, you just know it. Being The One is just like being in love. No one can tell you you're in love, you just know it. Through and through. Balls to bones." Neo does not immediately realize what this means. We also recall that she tells Neo he is not "The One", but actually she doesn't. Neo himself said "I am not the One" because he doesn't believe. Before Neo becomes "The One", he has to realize, know, believe, that he is "The One".

Only when Morpheus' life was in danger, is where the it all fits together, where Neo started to believe, in himself, and in what the Oracle prophesized. Neo at that point, still thought he wasn't "The One" but he went anyways, for the sole reason that he wasn't going to let a good man die for nothing, as he was even the One. The climax is when Neo is ressurected from death by Trinity (which might have something to do with the Oracle's words "waiting for the next life"), and he executes his newfound belief, role, and strength. This is what the Oracle knew would happen, the jeopardy of Morpheus triggered Neo to become courageous and selfless.

"The Lone Voice" with no doubt is Neo, but would Neo be "The Lone Voice" if the Oracle hadn't said what exactly Neo needed to hear? The Oracle is the person that gave Neo the push he needed to become the character who stands for truth, justice, reason and the strength and courage to back it up for him to complete his role in "the resistance" to end the war freeing humanity from the Matrix.

I have my own homework to do. Besides you're not gonna learn anything by getting answers from other people. Remember there's no substitute for hard work;)

It will take you less than an hour if you FF through the movie and skip scenes where Neo is not on.

I really don't think Neo fits that description. Morpheus, perhaps, but Neo pretty much gets handed his belief system by Morph and the gang.

hell i didnt choose this man. the editor in chief gave me this topic.

I'm guessing that by editor-in-chief, you mean teacher. And by newspaper article, you mean homework.

No newspaper I've ever heard of assigns boring stuff like this to it's writers. Usually it's the writers that get to pick their own stories...
