Cucumbers slices / cold tea bags... cold compresses...

Anything cold will reduce the puffiness.

How about the extreme, faster way? Insert a syringe in your eyebag and suck the contents out

Get some more sleep,

or

Put some vaseline on the area, I heard that helps.

I heard on tv the beauty pageant women use preparation-h to constrict the blood vessel under the eye to reduce the blood and swelling. Any validity to that????

I used ice cube in plastic bag once on the area it did the job of getting rid of the blue and puffiness. I can't remember why I did it. Maybe I was going for a job interview or date? Anyhow the ice cube did a temp job but it worked.

If remember correctly, enough to meet her and then get her buzz-->drunk. 1 1/2 hour tops. The night club was dark and so was the drive home, so she could not really see at that point. But it was not like my eyes looked like Rocky after a fight anyhow. Just normally a little blue and puffy.

It does work in a general use case. Temporary fix.

Some of us work nights (so can't sleep at night) and have down time like right now and are allowed to use the computer at work.
