I don't even own a system that uses DDR2 and I ordered 2 sticks a couple of hours ago... I'll eventually get a system with DDR2.

Some report prices as low as 24.99 but ram prices are like gas prices...they go up from week to week. Get 'em when they are cheap!

Ain't that the truth!! I was looking at these, Crucial 1X 1GB CT12864AA667 (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=25250&vpn=CT12864AA667&manufacture=CRUCIAL%20TECHNOLOGY), last week in store and the price came up on their systems as 24.99 AR. I was sure when I checked the price a couple of hours before I went to the store it was 29.99 AR?!?

What if by the time you want to use it, it is already DDR3's prime? :D :D

(I have two spare DDR2's lying there for the same reason...)

Looks like that they got more - only 291 left at this price ;)

Weeks before they were higher prices with rebates, now they are lower prices without rebates

This combined with the news that there is a lack of demand / surplus expected in these and the coming months, it is reasonable to expect the memory prices to stay this low or drop lower in the coming weeks

In any case this ram is good stuff and worth $30

What's the voltage on these? I wonder if it's compatible with my older Dell. Wouldn't want mine to blow up as it's out of warranty now.

have you been in a cave? or are you just computer-illerate??

Crucial is arguably the best brand for RAM.

Right up there with kingston and corsair
