What do I have to set in control panel to hide my last activity time in my profile??

like for example, when you click on member's profile you see this beside his name:

Last Activity: Aug 25th, 2007 06:30 AM

I notice some people don't have this display in their profile,
is there a setting to hide it or is it a paid service??
